Founded in 2010, Perimeter Development Corporation is a leader in acquiring and uncovering the hidden potential of underutilized or vacant properties. Approaching their tenth anniversary, the leadership team at Perimeter felt it was time to revitalize their branding and their website.

Being respectful of the branding elements Perimeter wished to keep, I developed a slight evolution of the brandmark, introduced new typography, patterning, custom icon design, colour palette and overall design system.
